Former Destiny’s Child member and Huston native LaToya Luckett has carved her own path after a nasty split from the group in 1999. Although her career been hampered by rumors of Mathew Knowles interference she has gone on to great success with her debut album become certified Platinum in December 2006 and debuting number one on the Billboard 200 charts. Originally released on November 11, 2009 and featuring rapper Ludacris this is the Part 2 Remix of the third single from LaToya’s second studio album Lady Love, Regret featuring Missy Elliott. James Fauntleroy
The popular music industry enjoys trends and formulas. Once they have found one that worked they love to put said trend or formula on repeat. With that said it seems to be the time to bring those who have been behind the scenes out front. A few years ago hit songwriter Ne-Yo came to the forefront to much commercial success and acclaim. Following him have been the likes of Keri Hilson, Jason Derulo, Kevin Cossom and now it is James Fauntleroy turn. With Co-writing credits for such tracks as Lady Gaga’s “Paparazzi“, Jordin Spark’s “No Air“, Chris Brown’s “Superhuman” and Ciara and Justin Timberlake’s “Love Sex and Magic” there is no question of Fautleroy’s writing talents. Timbaland
Timbaland again enlists the help of Pop star Justin Timberlake on his ode to a girl friend that is just a tad bit off upstairs on this new joint from his upcoming Shock Value 2 album.
